Since 2004, FoMP works to engage and educate the public, and to maintain the trail system and natural lands areas in the 147-acre Morris Park natural woodland.

This year we will be cleaning up sections around the edge of Morris Park. Activities will include:

1. Raking and picking up leaves along the edge of the park

2. Picking up trash around and through Morris Park

3. Repairing sections of the fence along 66th Street. Tools and supplies will be provided!

Our hope is that Morris Park is fully utilized and appreciated by its neighbors and other stakeholders as an important part of community life, a resource for recreation, and a model for natural lands maintenance. We strive to be fully integrated into regional trail and natural lands networks.
