The Friends of Morris Park warmly invite you to Sol Fest Philly, a vibrant community event designed to celebrate our beloved park and bring together local residents through the power of music and art. Join us on Saturday, June 8th at 1:00 PM for a day filled with joy, creativity, and community.
Event Highlights:
Open Mic Jam Session: Experience an open flow, jam session style where local artists can perform. Whether you prefer to sing acapella or with accompaniment, everyone is welcome to share their talents. There’s no need for a sign-up list—simply perform when you feel inspired.
Local Vendors: Savor delicious treats from our local food vendor. In addition, feel free to bring your own beverages, snacks, chairs, and blankets for a cozy picnic experience. We also have local small business vendors showcasing clothing, accessories, skincare, ect.
Community Atmosphere: Enjoy the company of your neighbors in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Convenient Amenities: Porta potties will be set up near the entrance to ensure your comfort throughout the event.
